1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

We provide outbound and inbound call services, lead engagement, and appointment setting. All communications may be recorded and monitored via Dialpad.

3. Use Restrictions
You may not use our services to:
• Send spam or unsolicited calls/messages in violation of TCPA or CAN-SPAM.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
• Violate Dialpad’s Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Call Recording
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training. You will be notified when recording is active, where legally required.

5. Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) – consent-based outreach.
• GDPR – if you or your clients are based in the EU.
• CCPA – if servicing clients in California.

6. Third-Party Tools
We use Dialpad and other integrated tools to manage communication. These tools may collect and process data in accordance with their policies.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services for any violation of these terms or unlawful conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the revised terms.
